1. General Policy At Bhargavi Fashion Hub, all sales are considered final. We have a strict return and refund policy in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020 of India.


2. Returns Are Accepted ONLY In These Cases We accept return requests strictly under the following conditions:

  • You received a physically damaged or defective product
  • You received a completely wrong item (different from what you ordered)

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Wrong size, color, or variant selected by the customer at the time of ordering
  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Requests made after 3 days (72 hours) of delivery
  • Consumable, hygiene, or personal care products (for health and safety reasons)

3. Conditions for Valid Return To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following must be met:

  • Return request raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery date
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • Clear photographic or video proof of damage/wrong item must be provided
  • Valid order number and proof of purchase must be provided

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at care@bhargavifashionhub.com  within 72 hours of delivery
  2. Subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]"
  3. Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  5. If approved, further instructions will be provided
  6. Unapproved returns sent without prior confirmation will NOT be accepted or refunded

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances

6. Non-Refundable Situations We reserve the right to reject your return/refund request if:

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering by the customer
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • Request is made after 72 hours of delivery
  • No valid proof of damage or wrong item is provided
  • The product was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price
  • The product is a hygiene or personal care item

7. RTO (Return to Origin) If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, no refund will be issued and re-delivery charges will apply at the customer's expense.


8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India in accordance with applicable Indian law.
